It’s Club Penguin’s 3rd Anniversary! There were 2 free items, both of them at the Coffee Shop:

The 3rd Anniversary party hat is under the huge cake. Click the button of the fan to blow a part of the cake and get the party hat:

The Ice Cream Apron has returned! It is near the place where you go to play Bean Counters:

The new pin is the 3rd Anniversary cake at the Dance Lounge:

All the yearbooks are kept at a stand at the Book Room:
